Recent Tour

The DW Quartet and Trio’s recent California tour was a blast. Stellar musicians Randy Vincent, Doug Miller and Alex Aspinal tore it up. We played to enthusiastic audiences in the Bay Area and points North, including a sold out show in Cloverdale and some 300 folks at Jupiter in Berkeley. One of the highlights was a masterclass we did up at Sonoma State. The kids were engaged, asked great questions, and played their backsides off. It was also open to the public, which made the proceedings even more lively. To top it off, my 7th and 8th grade concert band director showed up, and . . . I recognized him! Xenellis really hadn’t changed a bit.
